The parishoners who were making and selling Slavic foods were warm and welcoming to me and to my wife. We found an ad about the sale in the Palm Beach Post. The priest invited us to attend Liturgy the next day but we had already made plans for that day. We had intended to return the following Tuesday to buy more takeout foods. But my wife's mother passed away that morning, so it's back North for the funeral this Saturday. We feel as if we discovered a wonderful home away from home at St. Herman's and we intend to return over and over.
