  The preparation of tax returns has become very complicated and the average citizen can easily overlook deductions and pay more in taxes then required. Our services include tax planning and return preparation for Individuals Corporations Partnerships Limited Liability Companies Estates and Trusts For those of you who own and operate a business and file Forms 1120 or 1120S please keep in mind your corporation’s tax returns are due on or before March 15th . Personal, partnership and trust tax returns are due on or before April 15th . Extensions of six months are available for both business (Forms 1120, 1120S) and personal tax returns if filed timely and taxes are paid. The IRS grants only a five month extension for partnerships and trusts.
